Please Help Me - The Sequel
The Shulchan Aruch (8/15) paskens that if a persons ENTIRE tallis falls off he must make a new bracha but if only MOST of the tallis falls off he should not make a new bracha. This is seemingly contradicted by the halacha that if even MOST of his tefillin moves out of its place he must make a new bracha???
